The ticket mechanism

For every $5 of #BabyHedge acquired, you’ll receive one ticket in the lottery. The more tickets you have, the greater your chances of winning the lottery. It’s a simple and effective mechanism designed not only to make the BHOTD exciting for our community but also to drive volume on Baby Hedge, fostering growth in both the Baby Hedge A.U.M. and the HEDGE A.U.M. on the same blockchain. Please keep in mind that selling Baby Hedge won’t earn you tickets — only purchases contribute to your lottery chances. However, feel encouraged to participate actively by buying and selling, allowing you to accumulate more tickets and increasing your chances of winning!

The epoch system

Designed to keep our community engaged and enthralled, this mechanism introduces a structured 24-hour epoch system that enhances the overall experience of the BHOTD Lottery. When Baby Hedge is launched, the inaugural epoch kicks off, marking the beginning of an exhilarating lottery cycle. During each epoch, any purchase of Baby Hedge above $5 ensures a minimum of one ticket for the buyer, setting the stage for a thrilling competition. As the epoch concludes, 24 hours later, the 5% of the total tax revenue generated during that epoch is distributed across three categories:

45% Airdrop for the Lucky Buyer: This portion is randomly airdropped to a fortunate buyer of the epoch. The more tickets you accumulate through purchases, the higher your chances of being the lucky recipient!

5% Airdrop for the Biggest Single Buy: A special reward awaits the individual with the most substantial single buy of the epoch.

50% Transferred to the Next Epoch Pool: To incentivize Baby Hedge purchases at the beginning of the next epoch, 50% of the tax revenue is seamlessly transferred to the pool for the upcoming lottery cycle.
